Luggage storage
SAESP provides participants with Luggage Storage in the foyer of pavilion F, during office hours and social activities.
Simultaneous translation
There will be simultaneous translation at all tables with foreign speakers.
Certificates
Certificates of participation in COPA 2024, as well as the Abstracts, will be made available in the SAESP System (https://sistema.saesp.org.br/) from 10 days after the event.
Medical care
Qualified professionals will be available for any eventuality in the clinic and ambulance, during the entire period of the event.
Use of cell phones
During scientific activities, please keep your smartphone turned off or in silent/vibrate mode.
Recording COPA 2024 lectures or presentations is prohibited.
Transfer
Important notices
- It is forbidden to record COPA 2024 lectures or presentations;
- The badge is for personal use and non-transferable. Wearing it around your neck, attached by the cord, also provided by SAESP, is mandatory for access to the Scientific Activities, Exhibition Area and Social Activities;
- In accordance with the regulations related to publicity and advertising instituted by Resolution 100/99, of the Collegiate of ANVISA (National Health Surveillance Agency), the entry of children, visitors, accompanied by other non-prescribing persons, is prohibited;
- It is established that pharmaceutical companies that have products sold under medical prescription will not deliver gifts or samples to non-prescribing participants, identified with the badge: Medical Student.
